Fund's services
The museum provides paid services for photo and video shooting and commercial use of images from the museum's collection.
Film-TV-photography is carried out under a contract with advance payment, the cost of services is determined by the contract. The basis for the conclusion of the contract is a letter of guarantee from the interested organization indicating the details, contact phone numbers, desired date and content of filming. It is required to pre-coordinate the issue with the main keeper. The Museum reserves the right to refuse. Urgent requests for filming are not executed. It takes at least 10 days to formalize the contract and pay. Filming of museum items in a poor state of preservation is prohibited. Filming of feature films indoors and the issuance of authentic exhibits for filming is strictly prohibited. Exceptions to this paragraph are not allowed. Filming of documentaries is allowed in exceptional cases. The shooting is carried out without moving and unmounting the exhibits.
The right to use images of museum objects is granted under a contract with an advance payment, the cost of use is determined by the contract. The basis for the conclusion of the contract is a letter of guarantee from the interested organization, publishing house indicating the details, contact phone numbers, the name of the publication, the expected circulation, the list of exhibits, etc. Urgent requests for publication are not fulfilled. At least 30 days are required for the selection of exhibits, photography (digitization), contract execution and payment. The Museum reserves the right to refuse to use images of previously unpublished exhibits.
Reception of third-party visitors in the funds is carried out once a week on Tuesdays. In case of a large amount of work in the fund, as well as an emerging queue, the custodian of the fund has the right to postpone the date of visiting the fund to another reception day. During the periods of verification and transfer of collections for safekeeping, the reception of visitors in the fund is not carried out. A visit to the museum's collections is made with the permission of the chief curator on the basis of a written application from an organization or an individual indicating the topic being studied.
Paid services are provided by the museum funds on the basis of official applications.
