An exhibition from the State Museum of History of St Petersburg collection
The exhibition presents more than 140 graphic works by Leningrad architect Yakov Osipovich Rubanchik (1899–1948), that were created in Leningrad during the Siege. At that time being the head of Architectural Studio for GIOP (the State Monuments Protection Inspectorate) he made a lot of dimensional drawings of Leningrad buildings and sketches where the everyday life of the city and its inhabitants was shown. That way a set of graphic works “Leningrad during the WWII.
