Festive Decorations of the City. 1918 – 1930s

This exhibition shows the festive decorations of Petrograd – Leningrad during revolutionary celebrations in 1918-1932. On display are sketches for the decoration of the city, as well as photographs, paintings, graphic works and postcards which depict celebrations of the anniversary of the October Revolution and May Day. Most of the exhibits have never been exhibited before.
