Literary Stories of the Moruzi House

The apartment house at the corner of Liteyny prospect and Pestelya Street, built in 1870s by architect A. Serebriakov for Duke Alexander Moruzi, has an unusual and interesting history which is closely related to the history of Russian literature. The exhibition, displaying books from the collection of the State Museum of the Hisotry of St Petersburg, covers the time period from the late 1890s to early 1920s.
