More than 170 exhibits from the collection of State Museum of the History of St. Petersburg will tell the story of the First State Duma of the Russian Empire, opened on April 27, 1906.
More than 170 exhibits from the collection of State Museum of the History of St. Petersburg will tell the story of the First State Duma of the Russian Empire, opened on April 27, 1906. The exhibition in the Peter and Paul Fortress brings together documents, books, photographs, copies of reconstruction projects of Mariinsky and Taurida Palace, which were meeting places of the Duma. Part of the photographs tells about the dissolve of the First Duma, about illegal meeting of the deputies in Vyborg on July 10, 1906 which ended in their arrest. A range of documents is dedicated to the Second – Forth Duma.← Back
